March 4 & 5

March 5:  It was another mild day today around 31 degrees.  It's clear out due to a high pressure system to our N (which is also accounting for the 5 mph N wind).  I think tomorrow will be about the same, cloudy and mild.

March 4:  My prediction was right!  It was mild again, 36 degrees, even warmer than March 3!  There was no precipitation, but it was cloudy.

March 3

My prediction was right!  I said it would be warmer, but there would be some precipitation.  There was some snow this morning, but it had already stopped by 1pm when I checked the weather.  It is about 30 degrees right now, but feels a tad bit cooler as there is a light breeze coming from the east.  The sky has also been clearing up as the day has gone by.  Right now it seems pretty light out with just some high clouds, but earlier there seemed to be some stratus clouds blocking everything out.  I think tomorrow will be mild again with maybe some precip as the moisture continues to come from the south.  It should also be a pretty cloudy day.

 

March 2

I was right with my weather prediction!  It was colder today, getting up to about 18 degrees with winds out of the NE (due to a high pressure system to our NE).  Tomorrow should be warmer as the high pressure pushes south and there may even be some precipitation as warm air comes in from the SE.

March 1

Today it is sunny out, say for a few cirrus clouds.  It is about 27 degrees out, but a 10mph wind from the SW (due to high pressure systems to the south) is making it feel about 10 degrees cooler.  Since it is only morning, I think it will get even warmer today, but stay windy.  It should be colder tomorrow as the cold front passes through and winds shift from the N as the low pressure system takes over.

February 27 & 28

February 28:  Today was sunny and not a cloud in the sky!  It was about 28 degrees today with no wind (which is so rare!).  All due to a high pressure system right over us.  Tomorrow should be warmer, but there will surely be some wind as the high pressure moves on.

February 27:  It was fair weather, hardly any clouds, and no precipitation.  It got up to about 27 degrees and there was pretty much no wind.

February 25 & 26

February 26:  It snowed early today and through the afternoon, totaling up to maybe an inch.  Then, it cleared up and just some random snow flakes fell.  Even though it was sunny later, it only got up to about 9 degrees.  The wind was light, almost unnoticeable.

February 25:  It snowed early in the morning, but soon cleared up and it was sunny!  However, it was only about 19 degrees.  Wind was from the N around 10mph.
