Today's weather was warmer, 28 degrees as a high and the low is still in the double digits!  Also, the wind was calm, pretty much non-existent!  This made the day feel even warmer as everyone was used to wind chill!  There were some higher clouds, which also kept things warm.  This is all due to a low pressure system to the South.  Again, there was no precipitation.
